Not your typical tech exec, a beauty girl turned CMO finding success where no one expected her to.
Recognized as one of Toast × BetaKit’s Top 100 Women in Tech, Felicia Gopi is a seasoned brand leader with over a decade of experience across beauty, media, and B2B tech. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Quick Intelligence, a cybersecurity company helping organizations sleep a little easier in a complex digital world.
Known for blending strategic clarity with cultural insight, Felicia has worked with some of the most buzzworthy names in consumer and lifestyle, and now brings that same energy to the tech space. Whether she’s shaping a brand’s voice, building full-funnel marketing strategies, or leading cross-functional teams, she does it with a mix of big-picture thinking and sharp creative instincts.
Before stepping into her current executive role, Felicia led high-impact campaigns at brands like Three Ships Beauty and Inkbox, and consulted with startups across CPG and SaaS. She’s also the creator and editor-in-chief of Story, a digital magazine amplifying Indo-Caribbean voices in Canada.

Invited back to her alma mater as a recurring guest lecturer for TMU’s senior-level marketing course, where she delivers a dynamic and provocative session exploring the ethical tensions of consumer marketing in an evolving capitalist society. Felicia's lecture draws on real-world experience across beauty, media and tech to help students navigate the grey areas of marketing strategy; from controversial campaign analysis to socially responsible storytelling in the age of algorithmic influence.
The session balances historical context with current examples, encouraging critical discourse around consumerism, brand responsibility and evolving audience values. She successfully facilitated thoughtful, sometimes conflicting conversations and fielded robust discussion on the marketer’s role in shaping culture, profit and purpose.

From social media buzz to exclusive in-person events, she crafted a campaign that connected fans with the movie and Three Ships Beauty’s all-natural skincare essentials.
Felicia led the creative process, copywriting, and cross-functional marketing strategy, overseeing every detail from PR coordination to the show-stopping live shopping event. Her strategic vision brought together storytelling and brand synergy, celebrating self-care and adventure with a limited-edition gift set inspired by Moana 2.
To honor the movie’s theme of respect for our oceans, the campaign featured an exclusive skincare set showcasing Three Ships Beauty’s best sellers, thoughtfully curated to align with the spirit of Moana 2. In line with this theme, Three Ships also made a charitable contribution to 4Ocean, reinforcing a commitment to environmental sustainability.
The journey kicked off with a private screening, complete with a photo booth, friends, and family. Felicia loved bringing this experience to life and sharing the magic of Moana 2 with the Three Ships community!

Felicia led the complete brand refresh of Three Ships Beauty, repositioning the company as a leader in the natural skincare industry. Partnering with Front Row Agency, she oversaw every creative element, from packaging and web design to full copy, new brand guidelines, and innovative social media and influencer strategies.
The goal was to unify consumers and stakeholders under one mission: Navigate Natural with Confidence. This comprehensive brand sharpening elevated Three Ships Beauty’s identity and challenged industry norms by giving new meaning to the word “natural.”
Through strategic messaging and bold creative direction, and with Felicia's leadership, the entire team seamlessly executed a cross-functional process that strengthened brand advocacy and set Three Ships Beauty apart as a pioneer in transparent, plant-based skincare.

Felicia led the strategic planning and creative execution of Inkbox’s high-profile partnership with Travis Barker, bringing his iconic style to life through a temporary tattoo collection. In collaboration with Walmart, she guided a cross-functional team to flawlessly launch the collection across all integrated channels, securing celebrity endorsements and impactful PR coverage.
By mobilizing her marketing team with clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables, Felicia ensured seamless coordination and high-impact results. This partnership not only amplified Inkbox’s brand presence but also connected fans with Travis Barker’s signature aesthetic in an innovative, authentic way.
Felicia founded Story to amplify the voices of the Indo-Caribbean community, breaking through the Caribbean media space to mainstream platforms and elevating cultural narratives to new heights. As Creative Director and Editor-in-Chief, she led the vision, creative direction, and content strategy that brought Story to life, building a vibrant publication with over 500 subscribers and 3.8K social media followers.
In 2023, Story made history with impactful interviews, including Grammy Award-winner Shaggy, KES, and Brian Benni of NBC Universal/Bravo. These milestone moments solidified Story as a pioneering voice, connecting generations and celebrating Indo-Caribbean identity on a global stage.
Beyond storytelling, Felicia is committed to community impact. As a Board Director of the Indo-Caribbean Canadian Association, she strategically built a sustainable revenue stream to fund initiatives that uplift her community. With every story told, Story bridges cultural gaps, challenges stereotypes, and celebrates the vibrant spirit of the Indo-Caribbean experience.
